Nothing works? The machine is at a standstill or you need urgent technical support? Call us or send us an e-mail – we will respond within 60 minutes. It may be possible to resolve an issue directly via our telephone support. In all other query cases, we will contact you as quickly as possible during our regular working hours.
You have the possibility of using our First Level Support of max. 60 minutes free of charge. For more time-consuming processes, we charge 75.00 € per started half hour for research conducted and for technical support.
In future, you can also make use of the benefits provided by a service agreement! In addition to other advantages, our contract partners are available free of charge via the Hotline.
